Our complimentary shuttle service, provided by Cadillac, offers direct access to the resort and allows you to experience the shopping, dining and nightlife of historic Main Street, just minutes away.
Hotel rooms, one, two and three bedroom condominiums are available. The condominiums feature full kitchens, cozy dining areas and gas fireplaces. Experience our family-friendly services including Deer Valley's newest year-round restaurant, The Brass Tag, complimentary hot breakfast during the ski season, onsite Deer Valley ski rental shop, lift ticket desk, onsite fitness facility, concierge services, general store and coffee bar. Relax and unwind in our outdoor heated pool and hot tub or simply enjoy warm genuine hospitality in a luxury mountain resort setting. Meeting and convention facilities include 7,300 square feet of flexible meeting space with views of the surrounding mountains and lakes with catering services provided by Deer Valley’s award-winning culinary team.
Lodges at Deer Valley is the perfect choice for your family vacation or group gathering. A variety of organized activities and supervised programs are offered for children of all ages including picture frame decorating, bead art, cookie decorating, arts and crafts and more.

Dates of seasons, rates, payment & cancellation policies, as well as amenities & services may vary by property. Specific requests can be made but are not guaranteed. Deer Valley Resort reserves the right to change your accommodations, due to unforeseen circumstances, to a comparable property up to and including the day of arrival. Rates are based on availability at the time of booking and are subject to change without notice. Guest is responsible for any increases in taxes.
Rental guests are not allowed to bring pets; fees will be imposed for violating these policies.
The Lodges at Deer Valley is entirely a non-smoking hotel, including vaping, ensuring a clean air environment. Cleaning charges (minimum $500) will be incurred for any violation.
Deer Valley is a ski only resort.
There is a $15 per day fee for parking.
Written Cancellation Policy
Winter (ski season) Cancellations made greater than 45 days prior to arrival forfeit one night’s lodging and tax. Cancellations made 45 days or less prior to arrival, will forfeit full payment. No refunds for no-shows, late arrivals or early departures.
Summer (non-ski season) Cancellations made greater than seven days prior to arrival are fully refundable. Cancellations made seven days or less prior to arrival, will forfeit full payment. No refunds for no-shows, late arrivals or early departures.
Deer Valley strictly enforces its cancellation policies. For your protection against unforeseen events including but not limited to illness, injury, and death of a family member, or if you have concerns about these policies, we highly recommend the purchase of travel insurance.
*The above policies apply to reservations of 29 nights or less. Reservations of 30 or more consecutive nights will have different deposit and cancel policies.
Written Deposit Policy
Winter (Ski Season) A one night deposit, including taxes and fees, is due at time of booking. Full payment, including taxes and fees, is due 45 days prior to arrival. If reservation is made less than 45 days from arrival, full payment is due at time of booking. Summer (Non-Ski Season) A one night deposit, including taxes and fees, is due at time of booking. Full payment, including taxes and fees, is due seven days prior to arrival. If reservation is made less than seven days from arrival, full payment is due at time of booking.
Check In
Check-in time is 4pm. A valid credit card is required from all guests at check-in to cover cost of lost keys, any damages to the private residence, theft or any incidental charges
Check Out
Check-out time is 10am.
Pets Policy
Rental guests are not allowed to have pets inside any of the Deer Valley Resort managed residences. A $500 fine, plus cleaning expenses, will be incurred for any violation of this policy.
Other Policy
You are required to notify us if anyone in your party becomes aware of any personal exposure they have had to COVID-19 or if they develop symptoms during their stay.
