General Policy

PERSONAL INFORMATION: *Your personal information, along with all deposits & payments for accommodation are securely passed through to our partner, Homewood Suites by Hilton, who will fulfill your reservation. The payments will be taken by Mont-Tremblant Réservations in accordance with the policies set out below. *Your credit card statement will show the charge as coming from MONT-TREMBLANT RÉSERVATIONS. SECURITY DEPOSIT: Please note that a credit card will be requested at check in for a security deposit and any other fee that may occur after check-in. MINIMUM AGE TO MAKE A RESERVATION: 18 years of age.

Written Cancellation Policy

Please note that the applicable policy is the one provided to you at the time of your initial reservation. PREPAID OFFER POLICY (LAST MINUTE DEAL): • 100 % deposit required upon booking. • Non-refundable if cancelled more than 1 day after booking. __________ SEMI-FLEX RATE POLICY: • Cancellations/modifications made 6 days and more prior to arrival, the deposit will be fully refundable. • Cancellations/modifications made 5 days or less before the day of arrival will forfeit the deposit. __________ REGULAR POLICIES: NOTE : If a stay covers two cancellation policies, the date of arrival determines which policy will apply WINTER SEASON POLICIES from Dec 12, 2024 to April 12, 2025 / Nov. 26, 2025 to April 11, 2026 (SEE EXCEPTIONS): • Cancellations made 3 days and more prior to arrival, deposit will be fully refundable; • Cancellations within 2 days to arrival will forfeit the deposit. EXCEPTIONS: December 13-14, 2024 / December 12-13, 2025: • Cancellations/modifications made 14 days and more prior to arrival, the deposit will be fully refundable. • Cancellations/modifications made 13 days or less prior to arrival will forfeit the deposit. December 27 to December 31, 2024 / December 26 to December 31, 2025: • Cancellations/modifications made 31 days and more prior to arrival, the deposit will be fully refundable. • Cancellations/modifications made 30 days or less prior to arrival will forfeit the deposit. February 14 to 20, 2025 / February 13 to 19, 2026: • Cancellations/modifications made 10 days and more prior to arrival, the deposit will be fully refundable. • Cancellations/modifications made 9 days or less prior to arrival will forfeit the deposit. _________ SUMMER SEASON POLICIES from April 13, 2025 to Nov. 25, 2025 / April 12 to June 18 2026 (SEE EXCEPTIONS): • Cancellations/modifications made 2 days and more prior to arrival, the deposit will be fully refundable. • Cancellations/modifications made 1 day or less prior to arrival will forfeit the deposit. EXCEPTIONS: June 20 to June 22, 2025: • Cancellations/modifications made 31 days and more prior to arrival, the deposit will be fully refundable. • Cancellations/modifications made 30 days or less prior to arrival will forfeit the deposit.

Written Deposit Policy

PREPAID OFFER POLICY (LAST MINUTE DEAL), FLASH SALE OFFER : 100% deposit due upon booking. REGULAR POLICIES: - A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation. - A deposit of one night (calculation based on the average nightly room rate for that particular stay) plus taxes is charged at the time of booking. - Final payment will be taken 2 days before arrival. *** IMPORTANT*** If the deposit date is within 2 days from the final balance due date, then the total amount of the reservation will be charged on the deposit date. TAXES: Taxes applied are the 5% TPS (GST) the 9.975% TVQ (QST) and the TRA Royalty (Tremblant Resort Association) of 3.5%. ***ROYALTY*** Please note that a royalty equivalent to 3.5% of the price advertised or payable for accommodation and to 3% of the listed or advertised price of the goods and services will be added to your invoice. This royalty corresponds to the percentage of contribution determined by the Tremblant Resort Association.

At your arrival for registration, you should present this confirmation directly at the reception desk of the Homewood Suites par Hilton. Check In Time: from 4:00 p.m.

Check Out Time: by 11:00 a.m. **Late Check-out (on availability) $25 plus taxes/h.

Pets Policy

No pets allowed with the exception of guide dogs.

***Please note that due to the IRONMAN 70.3 Mont-Tremblant / 5150 Mont-Tremblant Triathlon event being held on site both June 21-22, 2025 there will be many roads closures ! *** PARKING : - 1 Indoor parking space per unit is available at the hotel with a fee of $24 per night plus taxes and royalty. Rates are subject to change without notice. - Height of underground parking : 6'7" SMOKING POLICY : 100% Non smoking. FIREPLACES / FIREWOOD : Available year round. $6.50 per log (plus applicable taxes) can be purchased at the front desk. Outdoor heated POOL (summer only – with lifeguard) /// HOT TUB /// SAUNA (The schedule can change according to weather conditions and maintenance requirements without notice) -The pool (Summer Only). It usually opens from the end of June to end of August as well as Labor Day Weekend. -Outdoor Hot Tub is open year round. -Sauna is open year round. HOUSEKEEPING: full service after the 4th night and towel and bathroom product replacement service is available 7 days a week upon request Station Mont-Tremblant makes arrangements with hotels, activity providers and other independent parties to provide our guests with the services they purchase. While we use great care in selecting these service providers, Station Mont-Tremblant has no authority over them and cannot be held liable for their acts, omissions, faults or negligence or those of their employees, nor for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature that could result therefrom.
